Supaul Lok Sabha Seat Election Update
A few moments ago, the nomination papers of both the main parties, RJD and JDU, have been submitted for the upcoming third phase of elections on April 16th for the Supaul Lok Sabha seat. According to the affidavit submitted with the nomination, RJD candidate Chandrakha Choupal is facing charges of murder and illegal extortion, while JDU candidate Dileshwar Kamait is facing a case of violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
Property Declaration
When it comes to property, as per the affidavit, the immovable property of the JDU candidate is more than that of the RJD candidate. Apart from these two, two more individuals have filed their nominations and no criminal cases have been registered against them.
Chandrakha Choupal’s Assets
Chandrakha Choupal has declared assets worth 1.5 crores. The elections for the Supaul Lok Sabha seat are set to be a closely watched contest between the RJD and JDU candidates, with property declarations playing a significant role in the campaign.
