Good news for the residents of Seemanchal! The demand of the local people for better connectivity and public service has been fulfilled with the extension of the Janhit Express to Purnia Court. The Railway Board has approved this extension, which is a gift for the people of Seemanchal. The Patliputra-Saharsa Janhit Express and Amritsar-Banmankhi Up-Down Janseva Express will now be extended to Purnia Court as per the released timetable.
The Janhit Express will depart from Patliputra at 3:00 PM and reach Saharsa at 3:35 PM, from where it will depart for Purnia Court at 3:35 PM. The train will arrive at Purnia Court at 6:15 PM. Similarly, the Janseva Express will depart from Purnia Court at 8:30 PM and reach Saharsa at 10:50 PM. The train will depart from Saharsa at 11:30 PM to reach Patliputra.
The Janseva Express will depart from Purnia Court at 5:35 AM and arrive at Banmankhi Railway Station at 6:25 AM. It will then depart from Banmankhi at 6:30 AM and reach Amritsar the next day at 4:40 AM. The train from Amritsar will depart at 6:35 AM and reach Purnia Court at 6:35 PM. It will arrive at Purnia Court from Banmankhi at 5:50 PM. The station manager of Purnia Railway Station, Munna Kumar, has also informed that a new Memu Special train will run from Saharsa to Supaul, departing at 4:30 AM and arriving at Supaul at 5:40 AM. The train will depart from Supaul at 6:05 AM and reach Saharsa at 7:00 AM.
In addition to these extensions, a Saharsa-Madhepura Up-Down Memu Special train will also operate. It will depart from Saharsa at 12:30 PM and arrive at Madhepura at 1:10 PM. The train will depart from Madhepura at 2:40 PM and arrive at Saharsa Railway Station at 3:25 PM. This is the first time that Memu train service will be available in Supaul and Madhepura.
सीमांचल वासियों के लिए अच्छी खबर है कि विक्रम कुमार झा/पूर्णिया जनहित व जनसेवा एक्सप्रेस का विस्तार किया गया है। अब यह ट्रेन पूर्णिया कोर्ट तक चलेगी। रेलवे बोर्ड ने इसकी मंजूरी दे दी है और समय सारणी जारी कर दी है। इसके अलावा पाटलिपुत्र-सहरसा जनहित एक्सप्रेस और अमृतसर बनमनखी अप-डाउन जनसेवा एक्सप्रेस भी पूर्णिया कोर्ट तक चलेंगी। पूर्णिया कोर्ट से जनसेवा एक्सप्रेस सुबह 5:35 बजे खुलेगी और बनमनखी रेलवे स्टेशन सुबह 6:25 बजे पहुंचेगी। इस विस्तार के साथ-साथ सहरसा मधेपुरा अप-डाउन मेमू ट्रेन भी चलेगी जो सहरसा से मधेपुरा और वापस सहरसा तक जाएगी। इससे लोगों को यात्रा करने में आसानी होगी।
