Case of Fake Medical Report in Dhamdaha, Purnia, Bihar
A case of forgery has come to light in Dhamdaha, Purnia, Bihar, where a man named Mohammad Javed had a normal injury report made initially. Later, the report was edited to show grievous injuries. When the matter came to light, Dr. Janu Raj wrote a letter to the DM and Civil Surgeon to clarify his position.
Forgery in the Report
The victim, Habib Alam, had an old dispute over land with his cousin. On April 3, there was a scuffle between Javed and others, resulting in minor injuries to both parties. Javed’s CT scan report on April 3 and 13 was normal, but he edited the report on April 13 to show grievous injuries.
Demand for Proper Action from Administration
Dr. Janu Raj stated that based on the reports provided by his staff, he had prepared the grievous report. However, upon further investigation, it was found that both scan reports were normal. Alam has demanded appropriate action from the administration regarding this forgery, as his land is being forcibly taken by his cousin using fraudulent means. The matter is currently under investigation by the authorities.
