**Short Circuit Causes Half a Dozen Houses to Turn to Ash**
**Overview**
Due to the fast blowing wind these days, incidents of fire are increasing. In this series, in the Mahgama village of Dharnara block, more than half a dozen houses turned to ash due to a short circuit. When the villagers around got to know about the fire incident, they tried to extinguish the fire, but due to the fast blowing wind, the flames kept increasing.
**Increasing Flames and Response**
Seeing the increasing flames, the villagers informed the fire department. The fire department team reached the scene and with the help of the villagers, managed to control the fire. It is reported that in this incident, all the food items stored in the grain houses turned to ash, along with the death of three cattle. After getting information about the incident, the police and block officials reached the scene and are questioning the affected families.
**Their Homes Turned to Ash**
It is said that near Pinku Yadav’s house, there was a pole of electricity and due to a spark from a short circuit in the electricity wires, a fire broke out in Pinku Yadav’s house first, followed by the houses of Triloki Yadav, Sankar Yadav, Nepali Yadav, Uday Yadav, Vijay Yadav, and Shravan Yadav turning to ash.
धरहरा प्रखंड के महगामा पंचायत के महगामा गांव में तेज पछुआ हवा चलने के कारण शॉर्ट सर्किट हो गया और आधा दर्जन से अधिक घर जलकर राख हो गए। आग को बुझाने के लिए अग्निशमन विभाग की मदद ली गई और घटना में तीन मवेशी की मौत हो गई। पुलिस और प्रखंड के कर्मी इस मामले में जांच कर रहे हैं। इस घटना में कई घरों में खाने-पीने सहित फूस जलकर राख हो गए।
