Former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, and Hema Yadav summoned in land case
Today in Delhi court, former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, her daughter Misa Bharti, and another daughter Hema Yadav are scheduled to appear. In this case, the ED has filed charges against Rabri, Misa, and Hema. The court has ordered all three to be present on February 9th. Rabri Devi has arrived in New Delhi to attend the court hearing. It is worth noting that the ED has already questioned former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav on January 29th and his son Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on January 30th in the same land-for-job case at their office in Patna.
Woman found dead in suspicious condition in Bela, Muzaffarpur
Anjali Devi was found dead in a suspicious condition in Bela Chhapra village in the Bela police station area. She was rushed to the Sadar Hospital in critical condition, where doctors declared her dead. She used to work as a maid in a rented house near Masjid Chowk in the Mitnapura police station area and supported her family by doing household chores. Assistant Thaneedar Bittu Kumar informed that the body has been sent for post-mortem examination at SKMCH.
Arrests made in alcohol smuggling cases in Banka
The Excise Department team has been conducting continuous operations against the trade and consumption of alcohol by arresting individuals across the district. In these operations, the team arrested several individuals involved in the smuggling of alcohol. The Deputy Commissioner of Excise, Ravi Kumar Singh, informed that the arrested suspects include Santosh Kumar from Bhagalpur, Montu Kumar from Banka, Mohammad Kabir from Banka, Vinod Hansda, Sonelal Murmu, and Raju Das from Chainpur. The case has been registered against them and presented in court for further action.
Half a dozen people arrested with liquor in Bhojpur
The Excise Department team has been conducting special operations against the trade and consumption of alcohol in various areas of the district, resulting in the arrest of half a dozen people with liquor. दिल्ली के कोर्ट में राबड़ी देवी, मीसा भारती और हेमा यादव की पेशीनौकरी के बदले जमीन मामले में शुक्रवार को नयी दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्य कोर्ट में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री राबड़ी देवी, उनकी सांसद पुत्री मीसा भारती और दूसरी बेटी हेमा यादव को पेश होना है. इसी मामले में इडी ने राबड़ी, मीसा और हेमा के खिलाफ आरोप पत दायर किया है. अदालत ने तीनों को नौ फरवरी को उपस्थित होने को कहा है. राबड़ी देवी नयी दिल्ली पहुंच गयी है. इसके अलावा, महिला अंजली देवी की संदिग्ध स्थिति में मौत हो गयी है. उत्पाद विभाग की टीम शराब के कारोबार एवं सेवन करने वाले लोगों के खिलाफ जिलेभर में अभियान चलाकर लगातार कार्रवाई कर रही है. इसी कड़ी में उक्त टीम ने जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विशेष अभियान चलाकर शराब के साथ आधा दर्जन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया.
