Jharkhand Weather Update

Jharkhand is currently experiencing extreme heat, but relief is expected after the 6th of May. Clouds are expected to cover various parts of the state, with a possibility of rain. Thunderstorms have been forecasted in some areas along with strong winds and lightning alerts in some regions on the 7th of May. Rain is expected in Ranchi and other parts of the state from the 8th to the 10th of May.

Bokaro District Records Highest Temperature

Bokaro, along with other districts like Godda, Pakur, Jamtara, and Saraikela, witnessed scorching temperatures on Friday. However, there has been a slight decrease in the maximum temperature, with Bokaro recording the highest at 42.9 degrees. Ranchi recorded 36.7 degrees. A cyclonic circulation is forming over the Santal and Gangetic regions of West Bengal.

Heat Wave Alert in Santal and Kolhan Regions

Heat wave alerts have been issued for the Godda, Pakur, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Saraikela Kharsawan districts in the Santal and Kolhan regions on the 4th and 5th of May. The weather is expected to remain hot in Ranchi and other parts of the state for the next two days, with a change in weather patterns expected after the 6th of May.



झारखंड के लोगों के लिए भीषण गर्मी की मार से राहत की खबर है क्योंकि मौसम विभाग ने छह मई के बाद गर्मी से राहत की उम्मीद दी है। राज्य के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में छह मई से बादल छाएंगे और बारिश की उम्मीद है। लेकिन सात मई को विभिन्न भागों में तेज हवा और गरज के साथ वज्रपात का खतरा भी है। बोकारो जिला सबसे ज्यादा गर्म रहा है और रांची में भी गर्मी बरकरार है, लेकिन तापमान में थोड़ी गिरावट आई है। संताल-कोल्हान में हीट वेव का अलर्ट जारी रहेगा और बारिश की उम्मीद है। रांची में भी बारिश के आसार हैं।
