Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Auditor and Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) positions. A total of 120 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment campaign. Interested candidates who possess the required qualifications for these positions can apply through the official website hppsc.hp.gov.in. The application process for these positions has already begun.
The vacancies to be filled through HPPSC include Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer, Class-III: 41 posts, Junior Office Assistant (Accounts), Class-III: 42 posts, and Junior Auditor, Class-III: 37 posts. Candidates applying for the Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer position must have passed the Plus Two examination from a recognized School Education Board. In addition, candidates should have a Diploma or Graduation degree in Pharmacy (Ayurveda) or at least two years of experience as an Ayurvedic Pharmacist from a recognized University or Institution. For the Junior Auditor position, candidates should be Graduates with a second division in Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce from a recognized University. For the Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) position, candidates should have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from a recognized institution.
To apply for these positions, candidates must meet the age criteria. The age of the candidates should be between 18 and 45 years as of January 1, 2024. However, there are age relaxations as per government rules.
The selection process for HPPSC includes a screening test and a written exam for candidates to progress to the next level. Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification. The application fee for HPPSC varies for different categories. General candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs. 400, while SC, ST, OBC, and EWS UR-BPL category candidates have an age limit of Rs. 100. Ex-servicemen candidates from Himachal Pradesh are exempted from the fee.
The salary for the selected candidates in HPPSC will be as follows: Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer, Class-III (Contract basis) ★under Level-8, with a pay scale of Rs. 29,700 to Rs. 94,100. Junior Office Assistant, Class-III (Contract basis) (Accounts) ★under pay band Level ★4, with a salary of Rs. 20,600 to Rs. 65,500. Junior Auditor, Class-III ★under pay band Level-11, with a salary of Rs. 38,500 to Rs. 1,22,700.
