Rape Case: National Human Rights Commission Takes Note
The National Human Rights Commission has taken cognizance of a case of rape of a 13-year-old girl in a village in the Bajitpur police station area of Darbhanga district. The Commission has sent notices to the Chief Secretary and DGP of Bihar, asking for a detailed report within six weeks regarding the delay in investigating the rape case.
Shooting Incident in Nalanda
In a dispute over a generator in Malavigaha village under Hilsa police station area in Nalanda, a person was shot and injured. The injured, Vinod Bind, from Malavigaha, has a bullet wound in his left leg. The police have reached the scene of the incident and started the investigation.
Student Dies from Electric Shock in Begusarai
An intermediate student in Kalyanpur village under Dandari police station area in Begusarai died a painful death from an electric shock. The deceased youth has been identified as Chandan Kumar, the son of Chun Chun Mahato from Kalyanpur village.

An announcement regarding the seat distribution of the Mahagathbandhan will be made in Patna soon. Opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav stated that everyone is being given respectable seats.
