पटना अंगिका भाषा-भाषी भागलपुर क्षेत्र में एक राष्ट्रीय नेता ने अंग्रेजी में भाषण दिया। अनुवाद किसी और की नहीं है। इसके बाद भी खूब तालियां बजीं। असामान्य चुनाव प्रचार की यह बात 1962 में देखने को मिली। जब वर्ष 1962 में भागलपुर संसदीय क्षेत्र के स्वतंत्र पार्टी के उम्मीदवार के चुनाव प्रचार के उद्घाटन के स्वर्ण जनरल चक्रवर्ती राजगोपालाचारी का भाषण सुनने को मिला। अंग्रेजी में करीब 40 मिनट के उनके भाषण का अध्यक्ष रामगढ़ जनरल चक्रवर्ती राजगोपालाचारी के इस बयान को देखने के बाद भागलपुर के चुनाव प्रचार के समय रामगढ़ नारायण सिंह इकलौता था। अंग्रेजी के लाजपत प्रार्थम के सभ में उनका व्याख्यान झा आजाद चाहते थे। राजगोपालाचारी ने करीब-करीब पूर्णतः भागवत झा के राजागढ़पालाचारी की सहायता में डटे रहे। हालांकि उस जनसभा में उसकी शुरू होने वाली थी। उस जनसभा में इस सीट पर कांग्रेस पार्टी भाग रांची, गिरिडीह, हजारीबाग,जमशेदपुर और पलामु में बहुत आवाज हो गई।राजगोपालाचारी के लोग आजाद चाहते थे। उस जनसभा में इस बात ओर है कि उस समय राजगोपालाचारी ने और हजारी बाग, चपरासी, गिरिडीह, बोकारो, रांची, देवघर, चात्रा, हजारीबाग, और रामगढ़ जैसे लोग उस समय थे। भागलपुर के लोग चुनाव में इस समय की ती.
