Navaratri holds special significance in Hinduism. Devotees observe a nine-day fast along with following various rules and rituals to celebrate Navaratri. Celebration of Chaitra Navaratri in Purnia
Pundit Manotpal Jha of Purnia mentions that Chaitra Navaratri begins on the first day of the Shukla Paksha of the Chaitra month. This year, it is starting on April 9, 2024. There are four Navaratri in a year, out of which two Navaratri, Ashwin and Chaitra Navaratri, are very popular. People believe that riding on a horse, Goddess Durga will bring abundant blessings and prosperity this year.
Auspicious Muhurat for Kalash Sthapana
Pundit Ji advises performing Kalash Sthapana during the auspicious time of Abhijit Muhurat to unlock the doors of fortune. According to the Mithila Panchang, the auspicious time for Kalash Sthapana is from 6:02 AM to 12:30 PM on April 9, 2024. He also mentions that the Subh Artha Siddhi Yog starts after 8:19 AM, and the most auspicious time, Abhijit Muhurat, will be from 11:50 AM to 12:50 PM, during which Kalash Sthapana will ensure fruitful outcomes.
विक्रम कुमार झा ने बताया कि हिंदू धर्म में नवरात्रि का विशेष महत्व है और इसे मनाने के लिए भक्त नौ दिनों तक निर्जला व्रत के साथ कई नियम और विधान का पालन करते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि पूजा के लिए शुभ मुहूर्त का महत्व है और शुभ मुहूर्त में पूजा करने से लोगों के सभी भाग्य के द्वार खुल जाते हैं। इस चैत्र नवरात्र में माँ दुर्गा की पूजा के लिए 9 अप्रैल 2024 को कलश स्थापना का शुभ मुहूर्त है। इस नवरात्र में महाष्टमी का व्रत 16 अप्रैल को मनाया जाएगा और 17 अप्रैल को महानवमी व्रत मनाया जाएगा।
