Rajendra Arlekar to Inaugurate Namami Narmada Campaign
After relentless efforts by a few intellectuals in Bodh Gaya, the Namami Narmada campaign will be launched on Tuesday on the ground. The aim is to ensure uninterrupted water flow in the Falgu River throughout the year. The inauguration of this ambitious program will be done by Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, the Governor, on Tuesday. Along with the Governor, the Director General of the National Mission for Clean Ganga, Jee Ashok Kumar, environmental and river expert Yogesh Andale, Namami Gange Executive Director Vijendra Swaroop, IIT Kanpur’s Dr. Vinod Tare, and Principal Secretary of Urban Development and Housing Department Santosh Kumar Mall will also be present.
Preparations Completed for the Event
The preparations for the arrival of the Governor have been completed, and the police administration is alert from the road to the river. Before the monsoon, the rejuvenation of the Falgu River is a significant step towards reviving the Narmada (Falgu) River.

मंगलवार को गया में नमामि निरंजना अभियान का शुभारंभ होगा। राज्यपाल राजेन्द्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर के साथ इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे कई प्रमुख व्यक्तियों के साथ। इस प्रयास का मुख्य उद्देश्य है कि निरंजना (फल्गु) नदी में पूरे वर्ष निर्बाध पानी बना रहे। इसकी तैयारी पूरी हो चुकी है और पुलिस प्रशासन भी इस कार्यक्रम के लिए तैयार है।
