On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a 16-member all-women team operated the Ranchi-Tori passenger train on Friday. The team consisted of a locomotive pilot, assistant locomotive pilot, train manager, eight ticket checkers, and five Railway Protection Force personnel. The Ranchi Division of the South Eastern Railway (SER) organized this to honor women and their contributions to nation-building.

**A Proud Moment for Us★Nishant Kumar**
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and CPRO Nishant Kumar stated that on the occasion of International Women’s Day, women in charge of train operations between Ranchi and Tori Junction are a proud moment for us. Booking counters at all railway stations between Ranchi and Tori are also managed by women. The train departed from Ranchi station at 8:55 AM and is scheduled to arrive at Tori around 11:30 AM, with a total of 14 stops.
**’For Those Who Think Women Are Weak, a Response’**
Senior locomotive pilot Geeta Khalko mentioned that International Women’s Day is very important for women worldwide. She feels proud to be operating this train and progressing in every field. Senior ticket checker Jyoti Kujur stated that today’s activities aim to send a message to those who still believe women are weak. Women empowerment is evident everywhere.
