JSSC CGL Paper Leak: ED to investigate the case of money laundering. The Ranchi zone agency of the ED will register an FIR in this case. The investigating agency has written a letter to the state government on Monday, seeking information related to the paper leak case.
After receiving the relevant information from the state government, the case will be registered by the ED. Following the revelation of the paper leak incident on January 28, the responsible Deputy Secretary Madhumita Kumar had filed a case against the unknown individuals at the Namkum Police Station.
Details of the FIR filed by the Commission:
In the case registered by the Commission on January 28, it was stated that the question papers were leaked before the start of the examination. The Commission received this information through social media. The Commission had filed a case under sections 467, 468, 420, 120 B IPC and section 66 of the IT Act, as well as the Jharkhand Conduct of Examination Act 2001.
Responsibility for the investigation of the case has been given to the present DSP Prabhat Ranjan Barwar. BJP State President Babulal Marandi had written a letter to the Chief Secretary, demanding a thorough investigation of the entire case by the CBI.
जेएसएससी सीजीएल पेपर लीक केस में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग की जांच के लिए ईडी रांची जोनल एजेंसी ईसीआईआर दर्ज करेगी। राज्य सरकार को पत्र लिखकर जांच एजेंसी ने पेपर लीक से जुड़े केस की जानकारी मांगी है। इसके बाद इस मामले में ईसीआईआर दर्ज कर लिया जाएगा। 28 जनवरी को पेपर लीक का मामला सामने आया और आयोग की प्रभारी अवर सचिव ने अज्ञात के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया था। केस में आयोग ने धारा 467, 468, 420, 120 बी आईपीसी व 66 आईटी ऐक्ट, झारखंड कंडक्ट ऑफ एग्जामिनेशन ऐक्ट 2001 के तहत केस दर्ज किया था। भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष ने सीबीआई से मामले की जांच कराने की मांग की है।
