An incident in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar has come to light where the husband, living in Dubai, was accused of sharing an obscene video of his wife on social media. The husband gave triple talaq to his wife over the phone while living in Saudi Arabia, which led to the viral video of his wife.
Arrest of the Accused Husband by Mujaffarpur Police
The entire case is from the Aurai police station area of Mujaffarpur district, where Nashruddeen Hasan’s wife, Rabiya Khatoon, lodged a complaint against her husband at the Mujaffarpur women’s police station. The husband had given triple talaq to her over the phone while living in Saudi Arabia and then viralized the obscene video of his own wife on social media.
Legal Action and Arrest by Mujaffarpur Police
After the incident, the victim wife, Rabiya Khatoon, met with the City SP Avadhesh Dixit and SSP Rakesh Kumar in Mujaffarpur to seek justice. Following this, the police at the women’s station were conducting raids for the arrest of the accused husband. The accused husband was arrested after interrogation and has been sent to jail.
