**Murder of a Youth in Begusarai**
In Begusarai, a young man was murdered early in the morning. He was preparing for the army. Relatives say that some people called him out of the house by saying that he had to go for a run at around 4:30 in the morning. As soon as he went outside, he was shot and killed. When the family members heard the gunshots and went outside, they were shocked to see the young man dead. After the incident, there was a panic in the area. People gathered around. The police arrived at the scene and started investigating. The deceased youth was identified as Premchand Ray, the 24-year-old son of Shankar Ray, who lived in the Rani Panchayat area of Bachwara Thana.
