Dhanbad hosts Second National Lok Adalat
In compliance with the directives of NALSA, the second National Lok Adalat of the year was organized in Dhanbad on Saturday at the District Court. The Chief District Judge and Session Judge along with the Chairman of NALSA, Ram Sharma inaugurated the Lok Adalat.
Inauguration of National Lok Adalat
The District Judge, Ram Sharma, stated that the Lok Adalat aims to provide speedy justice to the people and help in resolving pending cases. The National Lok Adalat is an important initiative towards ensuring access to justice for all.
Participation in Lok Adalat
Various cases were taken up during the Lok Adalat, including civil, criminal, and family disputes. The Lok Adalat provided a platform for litigants to settle their disputes amicably through mediation and conciliation.
Continuing the Tradition
With the successful organization of the second National Lok Adalat in Dhanbad, the legal community is hopeful that such initiatives will continue to promote alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and provide relief to the overburdened judicial system.
धनबाद में नालसा के निर्देश पर इस साल का दूसरा नेशनल लोक अदालत व्यवहार न्यायालय में आयोजित किया गया। इस अदालत का विधिवत उद्घाटन धनबाद के प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह डालसा के चेयरमैन राम शर्मा ने किया। डिस्ट्रिक्ट जज राम शर्मा ने इस अदालत के महत्व को जानकारी दी।
