NEET UG 2024 Paper Leak Concerns

Complaints of large-scale irregularities have emerged in the conduct of the NEET UG 2024, one of the country’s biggest entrance exams. In Patna, the capital of Bihar, an FIR has been filed after information about the leak of the NEET paper. Meanwhile, a dummy candidate was caught taking the exam in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. In Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, a case of distributing English medium papers to Hindi medium students surfaced, leading to chaos among students and parents.

Language Controversy in NEET UG 2024

In a bizarre incident at Adarsh Vidya Mandir exam center in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, Hindi medium students were given English papers and vice versa, causing an uproar. According to reports, when students raised objections, they were mistreated. Amidst the chaos, several students left the exam hall with the question paper, leading to further concerns about the possibility of the paper being leaked beforehand.

NTA Acknowledges Mistake in Paper Distribution

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has admitted that incorrect papers were distributed at a center in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. In a notice issued, NTA stated that during the NEET UG 2024 exam, the center supervisor at Balika Ucch Madhyamik Adarsh Vidya Mandir, Mantautown, Sawai Madhopur, distributed the wrong paper. As a result, despite efforts by invigilators to stop them, some students walked out of the exam center with the question paper.
