It is also reported that Tejashwi Yadav can claim to form a government in the RJD legislative party meeting at 1 pm today.
RJD can make a claim to form the government
In the current situation of the JDU breaking the alliance with Nitish Kumar, the RJD, being the largest party in Bihar, can claim to form the government by going to the Raj Bhavan. If they are not allowed to enter the Raj Bhavan, Tejashwi Yadav and his MLAs can sit on a dharna outside the Raj Bhavan. According to the information received, several officials went to the Raj Bhavan on Friday night and discussed the preparations for the upcoming oath-taking ceremony. Sources say that three top officials of the state government were present at the Raj Bhavan, including a special officer of Nitish Kumar. Discussions were held with the officials of the Raj Bhavan regarding the preparations for the oath-taking ceremony.
