The new generation Maruti Suzuki Swift and Dzire are set to launch in the Indian market soon, although official details regarding the launch have not been revealed yet. Both models will be the fourth generation of the popular Swift and Dzire after their initial premiere in Japan.
Maruti Dezire Design
An AI generated digital rendering of the upcoming 2024 Maruti Dezire gives a sneak peek into its design, which mirrors the new Swift. The model features a redesigned grille, updated front bumper, new headlamp clusters, angular design, special fog lamp assembly, wide wheel arches, and large wheels. The rear profile also sees significant changes with new taillamps and a redesigned bumper.
Luxurious interior of the upcoming 2024 Maruti Dezire
Inspired by the new Maruti Suzuki Swift, the 2024 Maruti Dezire boasts a spacious cabin with a large floating touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The interior also includes a new central console with updated switchgear, a three-spoke steering wheel, and an automatic AC unit.
Engine of new Swift and Dezire
Both the upcoming 2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift and Dezire will feature a new 1.2-liter three-cylinder petrol engine, offering higher performance and fuel efficiency. This Z-series engine, paired with a CVT gearbox, generates a maximum power output of 82bhp and torque of 108Nm. Expected to replace the existing K-series engine, the new engine is projected to achieve a mileage of 24.5kmpl.
