Nitish Kumar’s Response to Lalu Yadav’s Comment
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar responded to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad’s comment on Saturday, where he said that the door is always open for Nitish Kumar. Kumar stated that he maintains good relations with both allies and opposition parties. The Chief Minister was seen shaking hands with his former ally Lalu Prasad inside the Assembly premises on Thursday, amid questions from journalists.
Nitish Kumar on Cabinet Expansion
After separating from the Mahagathbandhan a few days ago, Lalu Prasad stated on Friday that the door is always open for Nitish Kumar. When asked if he would give Nitish another chance in the future, Lalu responded, “We will see when the time comes. The doors are always open.” Nitish Kumar, when asked about cabinet expansion, mentioned that it will happen and everything is going smoothly.
Potential Inclusions in Nitish Kumar’s Cabinet
Sources from the RJD hinted on Saturday that Nitish Kumar’s cabinet would expand in the next two to three days to include legislators related to other castes, minorities, and women. A senior leader from the Janata Dal (United) stated that names of potential inclusions in the cabinet include BJP leaders Shahnawaz Hussain, Nitin Navin, Ramprit Paswan, Janak Ram, Shreyashi Singh, as well as JDU leaders Sunil Kumar Singh, Madan Sahni, Lesi Singh, Sheila Mandal, Jayant Roy, and Ashok Choudhary.
पटना, बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने शनिवार को राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (राजद) के अध्यक्ष लालू प्रसाद की टिप्पणी को अधिक महत्व नहीं दिया और बताया कि उनके संबंध सहयोगियों के साथ-साथ विरोधियों के साथ भी अच्छे हैं। इसके बाद कुमार ने मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार करने की घोषणा की और नामों में भाजपा और जद (यू) नेताओं को शामिल करने की उम्मीद जताई। इसके साथ ही लालू प्रसाद ने भी नीतीश को दरवाजे हमेशा खुले हैं कहकर दिखाया कि राजनीतिक दायरे में क्या हो सकता है।
