Mithila University offers various professional courses like B.Ed, M.Ed, MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA, LLB, etc., and the enrollment process for students is done online. However, the examination forms are filled offline. For undergraduate and postgraduate traditional courses, the application, registration, and examination form filling process is completely online.

In the year 2016, the university started the online system for enrollment, making it easier for students to apply for various courses. The online process has streamlined the enrollment process and made it more convenient for students to register for their desired programs.

दरभंगा के मिथिला विश्वविद्यालय में व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में छात्रों की नामांकन प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होती है, लेकिन परीक्षा फॉर्म ऑफलाइन भराया जाता है। यूजी और पीजी स्तरीय पाठ्यक्रमों में नामांकन के लिए आवेदन, पंजीयन और परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने की पूरी व्यवस्था ऑनलाइन है। विश्वविद्यालय में इस ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था की शुरुआत 2016 में हुई।
