Pappu Yadav, former MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav, received a warm welcome from hundreds of Congress party workers and supporters near the Kishanganj bus stand on his way from Bagdogra to Purnia. Leaders like Professor Guleraj Roshan Rahman and Nasik Nadir welcomed him with bouquets during this event.
Former MP Pappu Yadav addressed the press during the event, stating that after leaders like Pandit Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel, Bhagat Singh, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Manmohan Singh, Rahul Gandhi has shown the determination to win the hearts of the 130 crore people of the country, proving that there can be no bigger hero than him.
Pappu Yadav expressed his gratitude towards the people of Kosi Seemanchal, stating that they are like gods to him. He mentioned that Rahul Gandhi speaks for the welfare of the poor without bringing caste or religion into the discussion. Pappu Yadav emphasized that he has been an MP five times and is aligned with the Congress ideology.
Pappu Yadav also took a dig at the BJP, mentioning that in Gujarat, four BJP MPs returned their tickets. He criticized the BJP and stated that no compromises can be made on the faith in God. Pappu Yadav’s visit to Purnia was marked by his strong statements against the BJP and his support for the Congress party’s ideology.
