Plot to Make India an Islamic State: Patna High Court

The Patna High Court has acknowledged a conspiracy by the Popular Front of India (PFI) to turn India into an Islamic state. The PFI had meticulously planned to divide the citizens by caste, disrupt communal harmony, and change the constitution to enforce Islamic laws. The scheme aimed to create chaos during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 2022 event in Patna to establish an Islamic state in place of India’s constitution.

Evidence of the Conspiracy

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has gathered substantial evidence in the investigation of this conspiracy. Two main accused, Atahar Parvez and Mohammad Jalaluddin, had planned to organize people under the banners of PFI and SIMI to spread religious extremism nationwide in four phases. The court revealed the detailed planning involving arming Muslims, targeting people of other faiths, dividing Hindus with SC/STs, and infiltrating the country’s police, military, and judiciary.

Justice Served

Amidst the seriousness of the case, the Additional Solicitor General of the central government vehemently opposed bail for the accused. The court found that the accused had used digital devices to execute their plans and ordered a forensic examination of the evidence. The investigation uncovered thousands of videos detailing the conspiracies, leading to the denial of bail and joint hearings for the five prime suspects at the Patna High Court.
