Shantappa Kurubara’s Journey to Success
Shantappa Kurubara, a police sub-inspector, passed the UPSC exam after consistent hard work and perseverance. Despite facing failures in his 12th grade exams, he did not give up and eventually succeeded in cracking the UPSC exam while working in the police department.
Success in UPSC Exam
Shantappa Kurubara secured the 644th rank in the UPSC exam on his eighth attempt. Unsatisfied with his rank, he has decided to appear for the civil service exam again next year with the dream of becoming an IAS officer. His determination and dedication have been the key to his success.
Social Work and Achievements
Along with his role as an active sub-inspector, Shantappa Kurubara has been actively involved in various social service activities. From teaching children in slums to helping families during the pandemic, he has made significant contributions to the community. He has also initiated social media campaigns and set up a mobile toilet facility at Goraguntepalya junction.
