Under the direction of Gopalganj Police Superintendent Swarn Prabhat, the police in Bihar are taking action to control liquor smuggling. Every day, liquor smugglers are caught from various places and the liquor is seized. In March, the Gopalganj police set a record for seizing the most liquor. Since the implementation of the liquor ban, the highest amount of liquor was seized by the Gopalganj police in March this year. In February, 52 thousand liters of liquor were seized. However, in March, the police seized 57 thousand liters of liquor, setting a new record. The police continue to work to take action against liquor smugglers.

According to information, the most liquor was seized from Kuchayakot ★32,722 liters, followed by Bhor ★2,366 liters, Vijaypur ★496 liters, Kateya ★1,956 liters, Fulwariya ★2,157 liters, Shripur ★2,306 liters, Hathua ★217 liters, and various other locations. The police team is also vigilant in border areas of Uttar Pradesh where hundreds of liters of liquor are seized daily.
