The wife of the deceased, Neelu Kumari, stated that her husband used to supply various materials, including gravel and sand, for the construction work of a building by builder Vinay Kumar Singh in Dariyapur village under the Paras Bazaar police station area. On Monday morning, Ranjit Kumar left home telling his wife that Holi was approaching and he needed to collect the remaining 50 lakh rupees from builder Vinay Singh. However, he did not return home all day. On Monday night, they received information that he had fallen off the building and died.
**Accusations of Throwing off the Roof**
Neelu Kumari filed a case at the Paras Bazaar police station accusing builder Vinay Singh of murdering her husband by throwing him off the building after demanding the pending payment. The Paras Bazaar police station in-charge, Menka Rani, mentioned that after the incident, the SFL team was called to the scene. Based on the written application by the wife, builder Vinay Singh has been taken into custody by the police.
