**Agreement on Seat Sharing in Bihar for Lok Sabha Elections**

An agreement has been reached between the opposition alliance in Bihar regarding the distribution of seats for the Lok Sabha elections. Bihar Pradesh Congress President Akhilesh Prasad Singh has stated that an official understanding has been reached on the division of seats. As per the agreement, RJD will get 26 seats, Left parties will get 5, and Congress will receive 9 seats. The announcement of seat sharing could be made on Friday.

**Agreement on Congress Seats**

The agreement has been made on the seats to be given to Congress, including Katihar, Kishanganj, Bhagalpur, Samastipur, Sasaram, Patna Sahib, Bettiah, Muzaffarpur, Madhepura, or Supaul. The issue of the Purnia seat has not been resolved yet.

**RJD’s Decision on Purnia Seat**

Pappu Yadav had conditionally agreed to hand over the Purnia seat to Congress for contesting the elections. However, RJD has announced to field Bima Bharati from there. It is also being said that Congress did not get any preferred seat, but to save the alliance, it has joined hands with RJD.

**Meeting of Alliance Leaders**

A meeting of alliance leaders was held at the residence of Congress leader Mukul Wasnik in Galwar. Tejashwi Yadav was also present at the meeting. After the meeting, Tejashwi stated that there is no conflict in the alliance, an agreement has been reached on seat sharing, and the announcement will be made in Patna in a day or two.



बिहार में विपक्षी गठबंधन के बीच सीट बंटवारे पर सहमति बन गई है, जिसमें राजद को 26, वामदलों को 5 और कांग्रेस को 9 सीटें मिलेंगी। पूर्णिया सीट का मसला अभी भी हल नहीं हुआ है जिसपर राजद ने बीमा भारती को मैदान में उतारने का एलान किया है। गठबंधन बचाने के लिए कांग्रेस ने राजद से हाथ मिलाया है। तेजस्वी यादव ने बताया कि गठबंधन में कोई टकराव नहीं है और सीट बंटवारे पर सहमति बन गई है।
