Tragic Death of Teacher Ravi Ranjan in Podaiyahat School Shooting
Teacher Ravi Ranjan, who was injured in the shooting incident at the upgraded high school in Podaiyahat, Chatarpur, passed away on Tuesday night. He was being taken to Siliguri for better treatment but unfortunately, he lost his life on the way. The post-mortem of his body was conducted in Mayaganj, Bhagalpur, and the final rites were also performed in Bhagalpur. The Station In-charge Tarachand confirmed the death of the accused teacher in the shooting incident.
Adarsh Singh’s Body Sent to Uttar Pradesh, Father States Innocence
The body of Adarsh Singh, who was shot by the accused teacher Ravi Ranjan along with teacher Sujata Kumari, was taken to Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh for the final rites. Upon hearing the news of his son’s death, Adarsh’s father reached Podaiyahat. The police provided him with all the necessary information regarding the case. After completing the required procedures, the body was placed in an ambulance and taken away.
Allegations of Wrongful Accusation on Adarsh Singh
The father of Adarsh Singh stated that his son was a person of good character and the allegations against him are false. He had come here to work and was not involved in any wrongdoing. Such allegations are baseless. The character of his son has been tarnished without any reason.

गोड्डा : पोड़ैयाहाट के अपग्रेड हाइस्कूल, चतरा में प्रेम-प्रसंग मामले में हुए गोलीकांड में घायल शिक्षक रवि रंजन की मौत हो गई। उन्हें बेहतर उपचार के लिए सिलीगुड़ी ले जाने के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई। उनके शव का पोस्टमार्टम मायागंज में हुआ और अंतिम संस्कार भागलपुर में किया गया। शिक्षक आदर्श सिंह की मौत के बाद उनके परिजनों ने उनका शव यूपी के चंदौली ले जाया और वहां उनका अंतिम संस्कार किया जाएगा। इस घटना के बाद गोड्डा : पोड़ैयाहाट के हाइस्कूल में शिक्षा का मंदिर शर्मसार हुआ है।
