Mohan Prakash/Suapul is a female officer who is currently giving red rose flowers to drivers on the road. However, this gesture is not a display of love and affection, but a way to raise awareness about traffic rules. As the deputy transport officer of Supaul district, she aims to educate people about traffic rules and regulations. Instead of repeatedly giving roses to those who violate the rules, she advises them not to repeat their mistakes, as they will be fined according to the law.

The deputy transport officer, Vasundhara, states that they are observing Road Safety Week from January 14th to February 15th. As part of this initiative, they are distributing red rose flowers to two-wheeler riders without helmets and four-wheeler drivers without seat belts to inform them about traffic rules. They are also urging people to comply with the rules and will impose fines if necessary. Vasundhara highlights how many lives are lost in road accidents due to the lack of wearing helmets and seat belts, emphasizing that following the rules can save lives.

This is a new initiative for promoting safety and is a kind of awareness program. Instead of simply issuing fines to those who do not follow traffic rules, they are now approaching them with folded hands and giving them red roses to encourage them to abide by the rules in the future. During the campaign, people who were caught violating the rules felt embarrassed and made a commitment to follow the rules going forward. This approach of explaining the rules with love and understanding is proving to be effective in encouraging people to comply with traffic regulations.
