How Crunchy Momos are Prepared
To prepare crunchy momos, a special mixture of flour, semolina, cabbage, ginger, and spices is needed. The flour is kneaded and rolled out, while the cabbage is finely chopped and steamed. The ginger and spices are mixed to create a flavorful filling, which is then stuffed into the dough to form momos. After steaming and frying, the crunchy momos are served with a special chutney at a price of Rs. 15 per plate.
