Hailing from Andhra Pradesh, Prudhvitej completed his engineering studies from IIT Bombay. His story of securing the 1st rank in IIT JEE set him apart from other IIT graduates. Despite lucrative job offers, pursuing studies at IIT is not easy, and Prudhvitej’s success in the exams marked the beginning of a revolutionary career.
Transition to Civil Services
After turning down a high-paying job offer in South Korea, Prudhvitej returned to India and started preparing for the UPSC exam. With dedicated preparation and focus on revising old papers and syllabus, he secured the 24th rank in the UPSC exam. Currently, he holds the position of Chairman and Managing Director at APEPDCL in Andhra Pradesh.
