Lakhisarai Police Arrests Naxal Pradeep Saw

Lakhisarai Police has achieved a major success by arresting the absconding Naxal Pradeep Saw from Mahulia village in Chanana Thana area after two years. SP Pankaj Kumar received confidential information that Naxal Pradeep Saw was present in Mahulia village. Acting on this information, a raid was conducted by the police of SSF and Chanana Thana under the leadership of ASP Abhiyan Motilal, leading to the arrest of Naxal Pradeep Saw.

Background of Pradeep Saw

Pradeep Saw was involved in the kidnapping of Mahulia resident Rajendra Yadav and his son in 2022 in the Chanana Thana area. ASP Motilal stated that they received information about a suspicious person moving around Mahulia village in the Naxal-affected area of the district. Following the orders of the Police Superintendent, a raid was conducted in Mahulia village, leading to the arrest of Pradeep Saw, who is a hardcore Naxal and a close associate of Arvind Yadav.

Arrest and Interrogation

During interrogation, it was revealed that Pradeep Saw was currently working for the Naxal organization in Jharkhand. After questioning, the arrested Naxal was sent to jail. The police are continuing their efforts to dismantle Naxal activities in the region and bring those involved in criminal activities to justice.
