**Tragic Suicide in Nalanda**

In a tragic incident in Nalanda, a teenager committed suicide by hanging himself on Monday. The incident took place in Surumpur village under Silao police station area. The deceased has been identified as Sahil Kumar, the 15-year-old son of Surumpur village resident Nagendra Singh.

**Family’s Account of the Incident**

According to the family members, Sahil Kumar was unhappy due to low marks in his matriculation exams. After having dinner on Sunday night, Sahil went to his room to sleep. When the door of his room did not open till late morning, they suspected something was wrong. Upon looking through the window, they found the teenager hanging from the ceiling fan. The door was broken down to bring him down and the local police were informed of the incident.

**The Aftermath**

Sahil Kumar was the eldest among three brothers and had passed his matriculation exams with a first division. However, due to dissatisfaction with his marks, the family members are attributing the suicide to this reason. The incident has caused shock and grief among the family members, creating a somber atmosphere in the village.

**Police Investigation**

In response to the incident, the police from Silao station arrived at the scene upon receiving the information of the death. The body was taken into custody and sent to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem examination. The family members believe that Sahil Kumar took his own life due to the low marks in his matriculation exams, leading the police to file a case and begin the investigation.
