UPSC CSE Result 2023 Declared

In the photo, he is seen standing outside the UPSC headquarters in Delhi. In his post, he writes, “Maybe struggle is just another name for life.” This is not the first time Virulkar has faced failure in the UPSC exam, as he also did not make the cut in the 2022 exam. Despite this, he continues to inspire others as a mentor for UPSC Civil Services Examination.
