Victim seeks justice for years of harassment in Bharpatti O.P. Thana area of Darbhanga district. Vicky Kumar, son of Rajdhan Devi, has approached the District Magistrate Rajiv Roshan to seek justice. The DM has taken immediate action and ordered an investigation, assuring the victim of justice. Rajdhan Devi has been facing harassment from the people of the other community for many years in Muria village.
The victim, Vicky, stated that their entire village is dominated by people from a particular community. As the only Hindu family in the village, they have been continuously harassed and even faced disturbances in their own home. The other community wants them to leave the village and has their eyes on their land. They are threatened and forced to accept the religion of the other community if they want to stay in the village.
Not only are they not allowed to celebrate Hindu festivals, but they also face the issue of inappropriate items being thrown into their house. They are not even willing to sell them land. They are constantly being harassed and their complaints to the police and district officials have not resulted in any justice. Despite the orders of the District Magistrate, the police demanded money from Vicky, and due to his refusal, the main suspect’s name was removed from the case.
Vicky has approached the District Magistrate once again, seeking justice. Despite previous complaints and meetings with the current District Magistrate, no results have been achieved. However, the DM has assured Vicky of taking action and ensuring justice.
दरभंगा जिले के मुरिया गांव में रहने वाले एक हिंदू परिवार को कई वर्षों से प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। इसके चलते पीड़ित युवक ने दरभंगा के डीएम से न्याय की मांग की है। डीएम ने त्वरित कार्रवाई का आदेश दिया है और पीड़ित पक्ष को न्याय का भरोसा दिलाया है। पीड़ित युवक ने बताया है कि उन्हें न सिर्फ प्रताड़ित किया जाता है बल्कि उनके घर में भी हंगामा किया जाता है। यह ताकि वे अपनी ज़मीन छोड़कर गांव से भाग जाएं। उन्होंने यह भी बताया है कि उन्हें धार्म कबूल करना होगा अगर वे गांव में रहना चाहते हैं। डीएम ने इस मामले में न्याय दिलाने का भरोसा दिलाया है।
