**Possibility of Rain in Certain Districts**
According to the weather department, there is a possibility of light rainfall in districts like Kishanganj, Araria, Purnia, Katihar, Saharsa, Madhepura, Supaul, West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Gaya, Jehanabad, Arwal, and Rohtas on the 20th and 21st of February. The weather department advised people to wear warm clothes and take precautions in changing weather. Farmers were also advised to keep their crops in a safe place.
**Increase in Wind Speed**

The maximum temperature in Patna on Sunday, February 18, was recorded at 20 degrees Celsius, with a minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius. The wind speed in Bihar has increased rapidly, with a possibility of reaching 20 to 25 kilometers per hour by February 20th.
