**Changing Weather Alert in Bihar**

The weather in Bihar is expected to change once again, with the weather department issuing an alert. It is predicted that on the upcoming 20th and 21st of February, several districts in Bihar may experience rainfall. The weather bulletin mentioned that the state remained dry in the past 24 hours, with the maximum temperature in Madhubani at 29.1 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature in Motihari. The average maximum temperature in the state was 26.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 11.6 degrees Celsius.

**Possibility of Rain in Certain Districts**

According to the weather department, there is a possibility of light rainfall in districts like Kishanganj, Araria, Purnia, Katihar, Saharsa, Madhepura, Supaul, West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Gaya, Jehanabad, Arwal, and Rohtas on the 20th and 21st of February. The weather department advised people to wear warm clothes and take precautions in changing weather. Farmers were also advised to keep their crops in a safe place.

**Increase in Wind Speed**

The weather department stated that the western disturbance is weakening, which will lead to a decrease in cold weather in Bihar. It is expected that after the 22nd of February, the minimum temperature will remain above 10 degrees Celsius. Information from the weather science center indicated an increase in temperature due to the speed of the wind and the emergence of sunlight. The maximum temperature in Patna on Sunday, February 18, was recorded at 20 degrees Celsius, with a minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius. The wind speed in Bihar has increased rapidly, with a possibility of reaching 20 to 25 kilometers per hour by February 20th.
