Record 100% Placement for XLRI’s Academic Session 2022-2024
This year, the students of XLRI, one of the country’s renowned business schools, achieved a record 100% placement for the academic session 2022-2024. All 509 students from the two-year PGDM (Business Management and Human Resource Management) batch were selected by a total of 154 companies in the recruitment process. Among these students, 519 received offers within the country and one at an international level.
Two Phases of Final Placement Process
The final placement process was conducted in two phases. The first phase, the Later Recruitment Process (LRP), was held in January 2024 for students with prior work experience. The second phase, the Campus Recruitment Process (CRP), took place in February 2024 for all students based on interviews. Students from both Jamshedpur and Delhi campuses participated in the placement process.
Director’s Appreciation for Outstanding Placement Despite Challenges
XLRI’s Director, Father E. Abraham, congratulated all students on this achievement and praised their responsibility. He emphasized that these students would become responsible leaders contributing significantly to the country’s development. Despite challenging market conditions, XLRI achieved 100% placement within a record time frame, receiving praise from all companies.
Average Package at 28 Lakhs, Top 10 Students Average Package at 51.66 Lakhs
This year, the average salary package was 28 lakhs per annum, with the top 10 students receiving an average package of 51.66 lakhs. The highest offer of 75 lakhs per annum was from the BFSI sector. Consulting, Sales & Marketing, and IT/ITES sectors offered the most placements. Consulting firms like Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Bain & Company, and others recruited the highest number of students.
एक्सएलआरआई के शैक्षणिक सत्र 2022-2024 के विद्यार्थियों का इस बार रिकॉर्ड 100 फीसदी प्लेसमेंट हुआ है। इस बार दो वर्ष के पीजीडीएम बैच के सभी 509 विद्यार्थियों का चयन हो गया है। इसमें एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर ऑफर भी दिया गया। औसत वेतन 28 लाख रुपये प्रति वर्ष रहा, जिसमें शीर्ष 10 विद्यार्थियों का औसत पैकेज 51.66 लाख, जबकि शीर्ष 25 विद्यार्थियों का औसत पैकेज 42.98 लाख रुपये प्रति वर्ष रहा। इस बार कंसल्टिंग फर्मों ने उम्मीदवारों को अधिकतम ऑफर दिया।
