New City Connectivity in Palwal, Haryana: A new city connectivity network will be established near Palwal, providing direct connectivity from roads to railways and air routes. The area already has an expressway network connecting Greater Noida-Ghaziabad, Hapur, Uttarakhand, Faridabad, Delhi, Gurugram, and Jaipur to Mumbai. This new city will offer amenities that will bring prosperity to the region, setting it apart from other cities in the NCR.
Development Plans by Deputy CM: Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala announced the development of a new city on Palwal-Faridabad-Jewar road. A master plan has been prepared, and a Singapore-based company has been tasked with preparing the Detailed Project Report (DPR). The DPR will include everything from estimated population to transportation facilities, healthcare facilities, schools, colleges, healthcare services, shopping malls, and roads, shaping the city’s construction.
Faridabad Connectivity Plan: The government aims to give Faridabad a distinct identity from the new cities. Special directions have been given to the company preparing the DPR to ensure no shortcomings. Provisions will be made for underpasses, elevated roads to avoid traffic jams, separate tracks for pedestrians and cyclists, and emphasis on solar energy and e-vehicles. Industrial areas in surrounding regions will also be developed, leading to employment opportunities and increased industrial investment in Palwal.
City Connectivity in Palwal: The new city will be located near Mandkaula in Palwal, intersecting with the KMP passing through the area. The construction of the road from the DND Flyover near Delhi-Mumbai Expressway to Faridabad’s Kale village will connect to Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh. This city will be connected to Gurugram, Jaipur, Greater Noida, Hapur, among others, through the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, KMP, Delhi-Agra National Highway, and Greenfield Expressway, enhancing connectivity by rail as well.
हरियाणा के पलवल में एक नए शहर की घोषणा की गई है, जो कनेक्टिविटी के नेटवर्क में होगा। यह शहर डीपीआर में ऐसी सुविधाएं शामिल करने की योजना है जो क्षेत्र में वसंत लाएगी। इसके आधार पर शहर का निर्माण किया जाएगा और यह शहर फरीदाबाद की कनेक्टिविटी योजना के तहत विकसित किया जाएगा। इस नए शहर का निर्माण तैयार किए गए मास्टर प्लान के अनुसार किया जाएगा और इसमें स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं, स्कूल, कॉलेज, उद्योग क्षेत्र और रेल मार्ग से लेकर हवाई मार्ग तक कनेक्टिविटी शामिल होगी। इससे पलवल में रोजगार के साथ औद्योगिक निवेश को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
