Central Electronics and Information Technology Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar said, “Today, there are several applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store that are used by Indians. We are tracking a set of applications that are loan apps. We have advised Google and Apple not to list unsafe or illegal applications on their stores. After the release of this list, only those apps that are included in the list will be able to provide instant loans. A criterion will be established for this purpose.
