अस्पताल में भर्ती घायल युवक

बिहार के मोतिहारी में आपसी रंजिश में गोली चलने का मामला सामने आया है। इस घटना में बाइक सवार एक युवक को सीने में गोली लगी है। वहीं, दूसरे को आंख को छूते हुए निकल गई है। दोनों घायलों को अलग-अलग नर्सिंग होम में इलाज चल रहा है। गोली लगने से एक घायल युवक श्याम की स्थिति नाजुक बनी हुई है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, घटना के वक्त श्याम और उसका दोस्त कुणाल सिंह बाइक से जा रहे थे। कुणाल सिंह ने बताया कि वे श्याम के साथ बाइक से पतौरा से अपने घर बस्तपुर जा रहे थे। श्याम बाइक चला रहा था और वह पीछे बैठा था। इसी बीच दोनो गांव के बीच पातर है, दोनों तरफ गन्ने का खेत है। पुलिया के आसपास 10 से 12 आदमी थे, जिनमें से दो-तीन को पहचान रहे हैं। उन लोगों ने धड़ाधड़ गोली चलाना शुरू कर दिया।
कुणाल ने आगे बताया कि अमन कुमार और प्रियांशु कुमार दोनों आदमी गोली चला रहे थे। बाकी लोग पीछे था। उन्हें हम लोग नहीं पहचान सके हैं। क्योंकि अंधेरा था। गोली चली तो हम लोग बाइक से गिर गए। फिर में गन्ने के खेत में जाकर छिप गया। वहीं, श्याम कुमार भागने लगा। फिर उसको खदेड़ कर गोली मारी है। कैसे, क्या हुआ कुछ समझ नहीं आया। जब चिल्लाने लगे तो गांव के बहुत से लोग आ गए। उसी समय सभी हमलावर भाग गए।
कुणाल ने बताया कि पहले से विवाद था, जिसे लेकर हम लोग आज सुलह नामा लगाने के लिए कोर्ट में गए थे। उसका सारा कागज-पत्र का काम हो गया था। कल उसका सुलहनामा लगने वाला था। हमने बोला भी कि तुम लोग के केस का सुलहनामा लगा रहे हैं, गोली मत चलाओ। तब तक वे गोली चलाने लगे। पहले से भी धमकी मिल रही थी। प्रशासन को भी बताया था। लेकिन कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया गया। कुणाल की दुकान से 100 मीटर पहले गोलीबारी की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया है।
कुणाल सिंह के पिता हरेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि हम घर पर खाना खा रहे थे। इसी बीच दीनू आया कि भइया को गोली मार दी गई है। हम लोग भाग कर घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे, जहां श्याम खून से लथपथ पड़ा हुआ था। वहां से उसे बाइक पर ही लाद कर इलाज के लिए अस्पताल लेकर भागे। रास्ते में 112 की गाड़ी मिली, जिस पर लाद कर दोनों को हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया है। जहां श्याम की स्थिति नाजुक बनी हुई है।
गोली चलने की सूचना पर मौके पर पहुंचे मुफ्फसिल थाना के प्रभारी थानाध्यक्ष राकेश कुमार ने घटनास्थल की जांच की। हालांकि वहां से कोई खोखा बरामद नहीं हुआ। वहां पर केवल खून के दाग मिले।

★Kunal stated that Aman Kumar and Priyanshu Kumar were the individuals firing the shots, but he couldn’t identify the others due to the darkness.
★Kunal and Shyam sought refuge in a sugarcane field.
★When they started shouting, many villagers arrived at the scene, causing the assailants to flee.
★Prior to the incident, there was an ongoing dispute for which they had gone to court to file a settlement agreement.
★Despite informing the authorities and receiving threats, no action was taken.
★The shooting took place just 100 meters from Kunal’s shop.
★Harendra Singh, Kunal’s father, narrated that they were having dinner when they received news of the shooting.
★They rushed to the scene and found Shyam severely injured with blood loss.
★They loaded him onto a bike and rushed him to the hospital.
★They encountered a 112 ambulance on the way, and both injured individuals were admitted to the hospital, where Shyam’s condition remains critical.
★The investigating officer, Rakesh Kumar, visited the crime scene but found no evidence, only bloodstains.
